Your package price depends on flight, hotel, visa, transport, and service availability at the time of booking. We confirm the final cost once your travel dates, hotel, room type, and services are selected.

Group transport is included only if selected in the package. Private transport costs extra.
Ramadan and peak Hajj season prices need separate confirmation.
Hotel check-in and check-out will follow hotel rules.
Room view, floor, or location is not guaranteed unless confirmed earlier.
Passengers should arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure.
Saif Hajj Umrah Travels is not responsible for lost or misplaced luggage and personal items.
Unused services are non-refundable.

Payment policy

Payment for the customized Umrah package depends on the booking stage. Once the package is confirmed, we ask for an advance payment — that is what holds your flight, hotel, visa, and transport in place.

Full payment is accepted for online bookings.
After confirmation, 60% payment is required immediately.
The remaining 40% must be paid before departure.
Extra services must be paid separately when used.
Late payment may delay or cancel the booking.

Cancellation policy

Answer: Yes. You can request a hotel near the Haram in Makkah or Madinah, and we will do our best to arrange it. Just keep in mind that hotels closer to the Haram are priced higher, and availability fills up fast — especially during busy travel months. Booking early gives you a much better chance of getting what you want.
