Terms & conditions for customized Umrah package

All customized package prices depend on flight, hotel, transport, and service availability and may change without notice.
The final package cost will be confirmed after selecting your travel date, hotel, room type, transport, and other services.
Standard group transport is included if selected in the package. Private or special transport will cost extra.
Customized package prices are not valid during Ramadan or peak Hajj season unless specially confirmed.
Hotel check-in and check-out times will follow the hotel’s rules.
Specific room views, floors, or locations cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.
Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before flight departure.
Saif Hajj Umrah Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced luggage or personal items.
Unused services are non-refundable if the pilgrim does not use them or fails to show up.
Package availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment policy

Full payment is needed upfront for online reservations. Once your package is confirmed, 60% of the total must be paid right away.

The remaining 40% needs to be cleared before you travel.

Any extras you add along the way — upgraded meals, private transport, additional Ziyarah, or special requests — are paid for when you use them. If payment is delayed, your booking may be held or cancelled.

Cancellation policy

All packages, once confirmed, are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Please review all details carefully before making your final booking confirmation.
