The travel itinerary is usually aligned with the schedule set by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Hajj authorities of Saudi Arabia. Actual flight dates are subject to official flight assignments.
If pilgrims come early, the trip can start with an overnight stay in Medina before moving on to Mecca. If the arrival is closer to the days of Hajj, the pilgrim may perform Umrah in Makkah first, according to the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and then prepare for the Hajj rituals.
